Student Accommodation

Student accommodation are available with prior booking. Rooms are available in single or twin-sharing.

The rental for the accommodation may range from RM200.00 to RM500.00 per month depending on the location and type of accommodation.

Tenancy agreement is for 12 months period.

Tenant shall pay Hostel Management RM50.00 for Key Deposit, RM100.00 for Utilities/Damages Deposit and One Month Rental Deposit. These deposits are refundable, subject to terms and conditions.

Transportation from hostel to Saito College are available at RM80.00 / month.
