Scholarships and Financial Aid

Student Loans (for local students)

Educational loans are available from the following bodies. For more information, please consult our counselor. We provide assistants to students who would wish to apply for any of the loans.

	PTPTN (Perbadanan Tabung Pengajian Tinggi Nasional) Minimum 3 credits in SPM / UEC (additional, as the PTPTN is now offered to Senior Middle Three candidates). Pass in Bahasa Malaysia. Applicant / Student must be a Malaysian Citizen. All copies of documents must be certified true copy by School Principal / Grade ‘A’ Officer / Notary Public. Copy of College Letter of Acceptance. [1% interest with up to ten(10) years repayment period] Maximum loan up to RM20,000.00

	EPF (Employees Provident Fund) Minimum 3 credits in SPM. Pass in Bahasa Malaysia. Copy of College Letter of Acceptance. Copy of Course Accredation Letter. Student Validation Letter from college. EPF allows annual withdrawals from parents' Account II to cover tuition and other fees.

	MCEF (Malaysia Community Education Fund) Students can only apply after completing one year of study at the College. All copies of documents must be certified true copy. Copy of College Letter of Acceptance. [0% interest with up to ten(10) years repayment period]. Loan applicable for second and third year fees only.

	KOJADI (Koperasi Jayadiri Malaysia Berhad) Applicants must be a member of KOJADI. Parents / Guardian must have a minimum salary of RM1,250.00 / month All copies of documents must be certified true copy by School Principal / Grade 'A' Officer / Notary Public. [6% interest with up to eight(8) years repayment period]. Maximum loan up to RM20,000.00.

	MIED (Maju Institute of Education Development) Minimum 3 credits in SPM. Pass in Bahasa Malaysia. At least one(1) parent must be a Malaysian. All copies of documents must be certified true copy by School Principal / Grade 'A' Officer / Notary Public. Copy of College's Letter of Acceptance. [6% interest with up to seven(7) years repayment period]. Maximum loan up to RM 5,000.00.

Scholarships (for local students)

Saito College has a number of scholarships for deserving students enroling for courses in the college. Application can be made through any of our counselor.

	Saito - Star Scholarships Awarded to students who apply for the scholarships through The Star Education Fund.

	Saito - Sin Chiew Scholarships Awarded to students who apply for the scholarships under Sin Chew Education Fund.

	Tetsuo Saito Founder's Scholarship This Scholarship was created in memory of Saito College founder, Mr. Tetsuo Saito. This scholarship is awarded to outstanding students with exceptional aptitude in academia and creativity. Applicant must have a minimum of 7As (combination of A+, A. A-) in their SPM results and applicant is also required to submit four(4) Portfolios of Art / Design Work. [Terms and conditions]

	Saito College Achievers Scholarship This Scholarship was created to award partial scholarships to students with outstanding results in their SPM and have a passion to continue their education in Design. Applicant must have a minimum of 3As (combination of A+, A, A-) in their SPM. Successful scholarship recipient will receive a partial scholarship of 30% off their total academic fees which will not include the registration fees, MQA subjects fees and administration fees.
